Installing custom scenery can be quite frustrating at first, but once you figure it out, you can't stop installing more. The first step is to download the scenery pack. After that, right click on the folder and unzip it. Once the folder is unzipped, place it in your custom scenery folder. The address for the folder should be: C:\Program Files\Atari\RollerCoaster Tycoon® 3\Style\Themed  Next open up the folder that you just placed.  When open, the folder should look exactly like this, with one folder, and two OVL files. If it does look like this than you're set to try out your new custom scenery. If not, there is probably another folder inside that contains these files. In other words, don't have three levels of folders, just two.  If everything went according to plan, your custom scenery should appear in game.  If you have any questions, just visit the forums and ask in the RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 forum. |
