Six Flags Discovery Kingdom May 28th, 2007 By Eric [Zonga] [Click on photos to enlarge]
Well here we are once again at Discovery Kingdom. Trust me, after this, expect updates from some different parks.
At the Kingdom Stage, one of the cougar cubs was on display.
There you have it, Thomas Town is coming by June 20th. I got to take a look over at the new land and it is looking pretty spiffy. I'll have tons of photos once Thomas Town opens.
The park's parade has received a couple of floats.
Still milking that 45th anniversary I see.
Here comes the Sea Float.
And there goes the Batmobile. It's so hard to get a good photo of the speedy Batmobile, with its jet engine and all.
Roar was blazing through the course today.
But who wants to hear about coasters when we have parking lots! The tram station has received this nifty shade structure.
As you can see, the park was very crowded, like 20,000 people crowded. But hey, Medusa had three train operation. But then again I did lose my cell phone on Medusa. And then they ran out of souvenir maps at the parking lot! But hey, the Park President was passing out regular park maps, so I got one from him and it was all good.
I leave you with the dreaded "Fairgrounds Parking" sign. When people are forced to park at the fairgrounds, you know it is going to be PACKED. Discuss this update. |
